"Felt better trying it with our optometrist’s guidance"
We decided to try Amblyoplay after checking in with our optometrist first, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was a little unsure at first, but once we got it set up, it was straightforward. My kid was okay with doing it most days, which was a relief. It wasn’t perfect every single time, but overall it felt helpful and worth trying.

"Easy and actually useful"
Setup was really simple, and my kid figured it out quickly. It’s easy to use and does what we needed without any hassle.

"The program itself is alright, but the support..."
The program itself is alright, but the support really disappointed me. I had a simple question and ended up waiting days for a reply. after paying, it made me feel a bit unsure about how much they actually care once they have your money. It’s not a terrible product, but it was definitely frustrating when I needed help.

"My kid lost interest quick"
My kid was into it at first, but then, by the second day he just kind of stopped caring. I thought it might hold his attention longer, but nope, he moved on fast.

"Pretty good for younger kids, actually"
My 7-year-old has been using Amblyo Play, and the games actually seem like a good fit for his age. They’re not too difficult, but they don’t feel too babyish either. There are a few parts where I still need to step in and explain what to do, so I’d say younger kids might need a parent nearby. Overall, it’s been good, just maybe could be a little simpler in a few spots.

"Wish I hadn’t signed up for the monthly plan"
The exercises were fine, nothing terrible, but after a little while the subscription started feeling expensive for what it was. My kid lost interest faster than I expected, so I kind of regret paying monthly instead of trying something cheaper first.

"Delivery was okay, just a little slow"
I ordered from Amblyo Play after a friend recommended it to me, and the shipping experience was straightforward overall. I got the tracking email about a day later, and it was easy enough to keep an eye on where the package was.
When it arrived, everything was in good condition and nothing was missing, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I was expecting, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
I’d probably give the delivery experience 4 stars. It wasn’t the fastest, but the package arrived safely and the updates were decent along the way

"Personalized plan is okay, but I expected a bit more"
Amblyoplay does start off by asking questions and setting up games around my kid’s vision needs, which made it feel more personal than just a bunch of random exercises. I appreciated that, and at first I thought it was going to be tailored to how my child was doing.
After a few weeks though, it started to feel a little repetitive, and I couldn’t really tell if the plan was changing much when my child struggled with certain activities. It’s not a bad program, but I expected the personalization to feel more noticeable and flexible than it did...
"Saw improvement fast, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
My kid started showing better focus within just a few weeks, which happened way quicker than I expected. I’m happy with the progress, but I do wish the instructions and updates had been a lot clearer because I had to figure out more than I should’ve.

"My eyes feel less worn out after work"
I started using AmblyoPlay because my eyes were getting tired quickly, especially after being on my laptop all day. I wasn’t totally sure if this would really do much at first, but the sessions are short, so it was easy enough to work into my day and just keep doing it.
After a few weeks, I did notice my eyes didn’t feel as strained, and I’m not doing that thing where I rub them a bunch at night anymore. I still have some off days here and there, but overall, this has actually been helpful for me.

"The app keeps freezing in the middle of..."
The app keeps freezing in the middle of exercises, which really frustrates my kid and makes it hard to keep them interested. I tried reaching out about it, but the response kind of felt like I was being talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how to use the app. I just want it to work without crashing so much.
"Pretty easy to get started"
The instructions on amblyoplay were easy enough to follow, which was a nice little win for me because I usually get impatient when setup steps are confusing. I didn’t have to guess much, and I was able to get started without feeling stuck.
A few parts could be explained a little better for someone using it for the first time, but overall it made sense. I was able to follow along smoothly and didn’t end up frustrated, so that’s a plus.

"Easy enough for everyday use"
My kid uses AmblyoPlay most days and doesn’t really complain, so I’d call that a win. The sessions are comfortable and don’t feel too long. Their eyes do get a little tired sometimes afterward, but overall it’s been easy to work into our routine.

"Pricing was actually straightforward"
I’m usually skeptical because customer service always seems to leave out some detail until later, but in this case the pricing was clear from the start. I didn’t run into any hidden fees, which was a nice surprise.

"Progress tracking is helpful, but could be clearer"
We’ve been using the program for a little while now, and overall it’s been okay. In the first couple of weeks, I liked being able to see that my kid was completing the sessions, but after about a month, I found myself wanting more detail. The charts show numbers changing, but it’s not always clear what actually improved or what those changes mean. As a parent, I just wish the tracking gave a bit more explanation so I could better understand the progress over time.

"Works great and feels reliable"
I’ve been really happy with the app so far. It hasn’t crashed on us at all, our progress saves like it should, and the videos load quickly. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience!

"Pretty good, but I mostly noticed the device issue"
Amblyoplay has been okay for us overall. I’ll admit I was mainly paying attention to whether it would run smoothly, and on our older tablet it really didn’t do great. It works much better on the laptop, so we’ve been using that instead, but having to switch devices is a little annoying.

"I have to give credit where it’s..."
I have to give credit where it’s due, there’s a really good mix of games here. I’ve tried quite a few, and it hasn’t gotten boring yet. For the amount of variety available, it feels fair and worth checking out...

"Canceling Was More Trouble Than It Should’ve Been"
The service itself was fine, but trying to cancel was frustrating. I don’t mind a couple of steps, but this felt harder than it needed to be. I eventually got it done, but I really think the process could be a lot more straightforward.

"Figured setup would be rough, and it was"
I tried setting it up and pretty much got stuck right away. I kind of assumed the instructions would walk me through it, but they were confusing, and every time I thought I knew what was supposed to happen next, it didn’t work that way. Maybe I missed something, but the whole setup felt like way more of a headache than it needed to be
